Instructor and Student Responsibilities

For Instructors:

• Ensure all assignment information is accurate
• Respect student privacy and use data appropriately
• Communicate professionally with students
• Comply with your institution's policies

For Students:

• Use Due Time as a tool to support, not replace, personal responsibility
• Verify all deadlines with official course materials
• Communicate respectfully with instructors
• Comply with your institution's academic integrity policies

Notifications and Reminders

Due Time provides deadline notifications as a convenience feature. While we strive for accuracy, you are ultimately responsible for tracking your own deadlines. We are not liable for missed deadlines due to notification failures, delays, or technical issues.

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee that the application will be available at all times. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to the application for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Due Time and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application. This includes but is not limited to missed deadlines, lost data, or academic consequences.

In no event shall Due Time's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to use the application (if any) in the past twelve months.

Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.

You may also terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the application settings.

Changes to Terms
